or a Prezi or PowToon or other type of presentation you can show on a computer

Your presentation needs

1)  24 to 30 specific facts, including facts that are about

  • your famous person's life before he or she became famous (make sure to include birthdate and place)
  • how your famous person became famous (school, training, early experiences, how recognized, etc.)
  • what obstacles (problems) he or she has faced, or what makes him or her admirable
  • his or her major accomplishments
  • his or her personal life: family (spouse, children), hobbies, where he or she lives, etc.
  • other interesting information about him or her
Your facts should be in your own words and should be accurate!

2)  6  or  more informative illustrations (photographs or other illustrations)

3) Citations for the sources that you used.  All need to be in MLA format.

Presentation Due:  By the end of class on September 23.

If you do a PowerPoint or other slideshow that is NOT online, save it to your flash drive.

Here is a template you could use for your PowerPoint.
It would make it quicker to put together.
