Announcements and Reminders:                                                                   If you wish to order books from Scholastic, the book orders are due by this Friday, the 11th. Kona Ice will be here serving ice during both lunches this Friday.  The cost is $2, and the truck can be will be found on the east side of school. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on September 17.

Targets for Today: Targets for Today: I will spend time reading something enjoyable.  I will work on improving my reading fluency. I will better understand how to use reading strategies to improve my comprehension.

Today’s  Agenda: Pick up your folder. 1. Individual Reading and fill out your log for today. (San Diego Quick Testing) 2. Fluency Practice and fill out your graph.  -- Pick up a new passage today:  "All That Glitters Might Be Gold." 3. Study Read Lewis and Clark World Book packet. 4. Play the Lewis and Clark questions game.
