State Core Reading: Literature Standard 10

Gather relevant information from multiple print and digital sources, using search terms effectively; assess the credibility and accuracy of each source; and quote or paraphrase the data and conclusions of others while avoiding plagiarism and following a standard format for citation.

3.  Continue reading until instructed to stop.

4. Computer Lab

a. Prepare to go to computer lab 205 -- out the door, to the right, down the hall, next to Mr. Wright's classroom.

b.  Complete your packet for work in the computer lab: 
        Using Metacognition When Using the Internet
Thinking about your thinking as your read the Internet

Your computer number is your folder number.  


c. Get as much done as you can today.  
    Be on task!  
    Anything that you do not finish today becomes homework for you to finish on your own.  

If you are finished early, you can earn some extra credit with the Enrichment Exercise, using Utah's Online Library.

5. When we return to the classroom, put your folders away and clean up after yourself.
